The unpretentious design integrates the past industrial character of the neighbourhood, incorporating the corrugated metal panels used at construction sites. To establish the new function of the eatery we created a curvy line to separate the dining area from the kitchen while maintaining the existing building shell. The spiral staircase which leads to the mezzanine was preserved and dominates the dining area. Large corrugated metal panels rise to the ceiling and are used to hide the kitchen and the preparation of the food.
